Stress Management
Lifestyle Laser can be an effective means to reduce symptoms of stress. This is based upon the laser's ability to energize normal body chemicals that stimulate feelings of well being, and acupoint stimulation techniques, which balance the body's energy. The program will give you an understanding of the etiology of stress, and provide guidance in reducing the symptoms of stress. Helpful relaxation
techniques are also reviewed so clients can begin to practise methods to reduce the causes of stress in their lives.
There is a focus in this program on active methods of managing the negative effects of stress. Clients will be encouraged to engage in positive behavioural changes, which will reduce the negative effects of stress on their body. |
